The RP-R13 marking retroreflection detector (a walking detector) is an upgraded version of our company's original RP-R12. It is a specialized optical measuring device used to measure the reflective performance of road markings. The measured parameter is the retroreflection coefficient R '(or specific brightness) of the marking, with a unit of mcd · lx -1 · m -2. This instrument is easy to operate and has reliable measurement values. It can be used for both laboratory and on-site measurements, and is the preferred instrument for measuring the optical properties of highway markings in production, quality supervision, engineering construction, supervision, and teaching research units. Designed with reference to relevant international technical documents and current national standards in China, such as the publication No. 72 of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE), ASTM D4061-94 in the United States, DIN67520 and 67521 in Germany, meeting the requirements of GB/T 26377-2010 "Retroreflective Measuring Instruments", GB/T16311-2009 "Quality Requirements and Testing Methods for Road Traffic Markings", JJG (Transportation) 059-2004 "Verification Regulations for Retroreflective Measuring Instruments" and other standards.
Can be used for measuring the retroreflection coefficient of marking lines under continuous rainy night conditions as required by the latest standards in Jiangxi and Sichuan.
